Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on lash fills (and any service under 2 hours long) within 48 hours are subject to up to a 100% cancellation fee depending on circumstances.
Cancellations on FULL SETS within 72 hours are subject to up to a 100% cancellation fee. Please contact us if there is an issue.
This policy is in place to prevent people from abusing our valuable time and to protect our livelihood, but we absolutely understand that sometimes sh*t happens!
